Delete your account in the FLEETBAQ Mechanic app: Me → Delete account (type DELETE). Or email contact@fleetbaq.com from your account email.
What is deleted: your login, your profile, your papers and logo, and the phones that get your alerts — within 7 days. We email you when it is done. Your alerts stop right away.
What is kept: jobs, invoices and inspection reports you did for a carrier stay in that carrier's maintenance records.
Fleet owners and office users
Delete your account in the FLEETBAQ app: Settings → Delete account (last card). Or email contact@fleetbaq.com from your account email.
What is deleted:
- Fleet owner: the company account and all its data — trucks, trailers, drivers, loads, invoices, settlements and files.
- Dispatcher or other office user: only your own login. The company's data stays with the company.
What is kept: only records the law requires us to keep (for example invoicing and payroll records), and only for as long as required.
We hold your account for 7 days, then delete it permanently.

What is deleted:
- Your login
- Your location history
- Your messages
- Your link to your carrier
What your carrier keeps: your driver file — the details and documents you sent them, such as your CDL and medical card — plus delivery documents, signed paperwork and payroll records for loads you already ran, and any accident or breakdown reports you sent. US federal transport rules (FMCSA, 49 CFR 391.51 and 390.15) require carriers to retain those, and they belong to the carrier, not to your account.
Account deleted
Your FLEETBAQ account has been deleted and you are signed out everywhere.
If you were sent here by mistake, ask your carrier for a new invite code — you can join again at any time.
