FLEETBAQ is business software for trucking fleets: dispatch, load tracking, driver GPS during active loads, document scanning, payroll statements, and IFTA mileage tools. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Fleet owners are responsible for the drivers they invite. You must be 18 or older and use FLEETBAQ only for lawful business purposes.
Your fleet data belongs to you. We store and process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
Driver GPS sharing requires the driver's consent in the app and operates only from one hour before scheduled pickup until delivery, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Payroll estimates, tax withholding estimates, IFTA figures, and financial reports are tools, not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Verify filings and withholdings with your accountant or payroll provider. You remain responsible for regulatory compliance (FMCSA, IFTA, IRS, state agencies).
ELD/GPS provider connections use credentials you supply and are subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or data errors.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLEETBAQ's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost loads, or missed deliveries.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. On request we will delete your account data.
We may update these terms; the current version is always at fleetbaq.com/terms.html. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
