Email address (for account login). Fleet operations data you enter or connect: vehicles, drivers, loads, miles, and ELD/GPS provider data you authorize.
To operate the FLEETBAQ app: authentication, fleet tracking, IFTA mileage, and dispatch features. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
With the driver's one-time consent, the driver app shares the driver's GPS position with their fleet's dispatcher only while a load is active: from one (1) hour before the scheduled pickup until the load is marked delivered. Location sharing stops automatically at delivery and is never collected outside an active load. Drivers can decline or revoke consent at any time in the app or via device settings.
Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication). If you connect an ELD/GPS provider (e.g., Azuga, Apex HOS), we access that provider's API only with credentials you supply, solely to display your fleet data.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. Accounts are protected by login credentials you manage.
Your data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email us and we will remove it.
FLEETBAQ is a business tool for users 18 and older. It is not directed at children.
